Women’s Mindfulness Nature Walk Experience
with Cantor Sternlieb and Naturalist Cindy Olsen
Saturday, April 30 at 4:30 pm

Looking to relax and revitalize? Join us to renew your spirit and celebrate the coming of spring by soaking in the beauty and nourishment of the forest. Naturalist Cindy Olsen will guide us through Gedney Park, sharing the powerful physical and mental benefits of nature and mindfulness. Cantor Sternlieb will share Passover insights as we journey on the path. Along the way, we will partake in a nourishing and healthy food and beverage break before closing with the ritual of Havdalah.

This event is for women ages 13 years and older who are able to walk park trails. Appropriate footwear and comfortable "hiking" clothing for nonstrenuous trails should be worn.

Reignite the sisterhood of Beth El! Click here to RSVP. Once registered full details will be sent. Rain contingencies in place at the temple.
