Our Women’s Wisdom Group will meet once again on Thursday, December 15 from Noon-1:30 pm. (Please plan to stay for the full 90 minutes)

Our November meeting on gratitude and equanimity was very well attended and our participants eagerly asked for another meet up. We engaged in chanting, breath work, meditation and conversation moving us to new paths towards self-realization, awareness and deeper connections to the divine feminine that exists in each of us.
As women, we focus on the care of others, especially our children (sometimes our spouses and aging parents as well) and we often neglect the nurturing of the Self.
 
For now, our plan is to meet in the Beit Midrash at TBE. RSVP below.
