Bader Lecture Series Featuring Rabbi David Ellenson, Ph.D.

We are thrilled to welcome back Rabbi David Ellenson, PhD, for a two-part series to be held over zoom, in collaboration with Temple Shaaray Tefilah of Bedford and Congregation B'nai Yisrael of Armonk.  Rabbi Elleson's teachings will be based upon his newly co-edited book, "American Jewish Thought Since 1934: Writings on Identity, Engagement, and Belief".  

This session will focus on the nature and diversity of American Jewish Thought over the past 80 years. The different approaches taken by diverse Jewish thinkers to issues ranging from the Holocaust and Israel to Jewish peoplehood in a post-ethnic Jewish community will be highlighted.
