We are delighted to announce our 75th anniversary celebration the return of Rabbi Adam Miller to Temple Beth El! Rabbi Miller will be reflecting on his time as TBE’s Associate Rabbi from 2003-2007, sharing how those experiences have shaped his rabbinical service, including his current role at Temple Shalom in Naples, Florida. Joining Rabbi Miller will be Rabbi Geoffrey Mitelman, Cantor Elizabeth Sternlieb, and our current clergy members, each leading a portion of this special Shabbat service.
We cordially invite all attendees to join us for a celebratory oneg, a wonderful event suitable for all ages, as we conclude our 75th anniversary year. Do not miss this amazing opportunity to gather and commemorate with us!

About our Guests
Rabbi Adam Miller is currently the Senior Rabbi at Temple Shalom in Naples, Florida. His dedication to social justice, expertise in interfaith relations, and deep connection to Israel are evident in his work. After earning a degree in philosophy from the University of Kansas, Rabbi Miller attended Hebrew Union College - Jewish Institute of Religion, where he was ordained in 2003. Prior to his role at Temple Shalom, Rabbi Miller served as an Associate Rabbi at Temple Beth Am in Framingham, Massachusetts.
Cantor Elizabeth Sternlieb was ordained at The Academy for Jewish Religion in 2014, while also earning her Master of Arts in Jewish Studies from Gratz College. With a wealth of experience, she spent sixteen years as Cantor/Educator at Sinai Free Synagogue in Mount Vernon before joining TBE as Cantor. After her six years of service to our congregation, she transitioned to Cantor Emerita in 2024.
Rabbi Geoffrey A. Mitelman is the Founding Director of Sinai and Synapses, an innovative organization dedicated to bridging the gap between the scientific and religious communities. He was ordained by the Hebrew Union College-Jewish Institute of Religion, where he received the Cora Kahn Prize from the Cincinnati faculty for the most outstanding sermon delivery and oratory. An alumnus of Princeton University, he received multiple prizes for outstanding scholarship in Biblical and Judaic studies. Rabbi Mitelman served as Assistant and later as Associate Rabbi of Temple Beth El of Northern Westchester for seven years.
