Upcoming B'nei Mitzvah Projects:

Dress For Success!!!
By: Theodore Newman
Bar Mitzvah Date: September 11, 2010

Dear Congregants,

Allow me to introduce myself; My name is Theodore Newman.  For my Mitzvah Project I have chosen to work with Dress for Success.  Dress for Success is an international not-for-profit organization that promotes the economic independence of disadvantaged women by providing professional attire, a network of support and the career development tools to help women thrive in work and in life.  Dress for Success has provided clothing, confidence and career boosts to more than 500,000 women worldwide since 1997.

Throughout November and December I will be conducting The Something to Share campaign.  I will be collecting nearly new, gently used Women's professional clothing and accessories [applicable items such as suits, blouses, slacks, skirts, closed-toe shoes and attaché bags].  If your donations are appropriate to wear to work and if you would be comfortable wearing your donated item to an interview, we'll take it!

Please drop off all donations to the upstairs coat room or box in the social hall doors.

L’Shalom,
Theodore Newman
