Rayna Alperstein
Director
Rayna has spent 40 years in early childhood education in teaching and as a Director. She teaches Early Childhood Development at Manhattanville College in the Early Childhood Department. Additionally she supervises beginning teachers as they participate in their student teaching experiences and provides a weekly seminar that includes such topics as classroom management, lesson planning, ethical considerations in teaching and parent relationships. In her free time, Rayna sails on the Hudson River and loves to travel. She holds permanent certification from NY State and NYC as a teacher and has an administration certification from Fordham University. She is committed to Jewish early childhood education.
